The Latest TLX

The newest version of the TLX features the fastest Intel “Sandy Bridge” Core processors, as well as the fastest NVIDIA GeForce mobile graphics. All in a 15″ thin and light package. Here we see a version with only the lid painted, leaving the keyboard deck and screen a basic understated black.

The TLX now offers four of the fastest models of Intel’s 2nd Generation Core i7 processors (a.k.a. “Sandy Bridge”) and a range of the monstrously powerful NVIDIA GeForce GTX Mobile GPUs. No matter what mix of CPU & GPU power you choose, it’s ludicrous speed – portable!

Its 15.6″ widescreen display is a crystal clear 1920×1080 resolution, using edge-lit LEDs for a bright image while sipping battery power. Memory is expandable to a whopping 16 gigs of 1,333 MHz DDR3. And it packs the latest in connectivity featuring USB 3.0, E-SATA and HDMI 1.4 ports. The TLX gives you both liquid-smooth framerates and long battery life. The finishing touch is your choice of any automotive paint color you can think of for a look that you’re sure to love!

Custom Paint Job

Our latest TLX has a great option for getting our famous custom-painted looks at a huge cost savings: lid only painting. You still choose the color from any automotive paint made, and a contrasting color for the Falcon logo. The top “lid” of the laptop gets the paintwork, but the rest of the system stays a standard black plastic. It’s not quite as much “Wow!” as a fully painted TLX, but it’s a great way to get the custom Falcon look you want for a lot less.

We can match your favorite automobile, or we can match your favorite shirt. Paints are available in various metallic flake levels, pearl coats and even color-shifting paints. Sometimes “any color you can imagine” can actually be a tough blank canvas to start on, so we suggest looking through our gallery to get some ideas. When you’re ready to choose your color, our sales staff will need to speak with you to get your color choice exactly. Feel free to contact us. Please note: custom artwork adds to the normal build time. There may be a surcharge for non-standard or hard to obtain paints.
